Please Note: Every Thursday, Fr. James Walling, our Shrine Chaplain, will offer a Tridentine Low Mass at 12:00 pm (ET).

11:30 am – Rosary and Confessions

12:00 pm – Daily outdoor Holy Mass (Upper Shrine) followed by Adoration in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel until 3:00 pm.

Please Note: We do not have Adoration on Saturday and Sunday or on holidays.

Shrine Gift Shop is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

For your convenience, outdoor restroom facilities are available in the bus parking lot by the red snack stand.

The Shrine grounds, which include our outdoor Rosary Garden and Stations of the Cross, will remain open from 9:00 am to dusk.

Most Reverend Frank J. Caggiano

Most Rev. Frank Caggiano was born in Brooklyn, NY, March 29, 1959, the second of two children of Arnaldo and Gennarina Caggiano, who came to the States in 1958 from Salerno, Italy. He studied at Immaculate Conception Seminary in Huntington, NY and was ordained on May 16, 1987. He was installed as the fifth bishop for the Diocese of Bridgeport on Sept. 19, 2014. He’s been involved with World Youth Day and serves on four committees of the USCCB.





Reverend Hugh Gillespie, SMM

Father Hugh Gillespie, SMM, is a Roman Catholic priest and missionary
belonging to the Company of Mary, the religious community founded by
St. Louis de Montfort. He is the managing editor for Montfort Publications, an author and an internationally-known itinerant mission preacher and retreat master. He is a residence preacher at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Island in Long Island.

12:00 pm Rosary/Procession with the Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Our Lady of Fatima.

1:15 pm Holy Mass with Main Celebrant Most Reverend Frank J. Caggiano.
– Followed by Exposition, Eucharistic Procession, Benediction and Blessing of Religious Articles.
3:00 pm Divine Mercy Chaplet in Upper Shrine, followed by Fatima Farewell and Brown Scapular Enrollment.
3:15 pm Talk and exhibit at the Little Capelinha concerning the history of the chapel that Our Lady requested.
3:15 – 5:00 pm Talk at Holy House concerning Fatima and Holy House relics.

September 13, 1917 – On September 13 very large crowds began to converge on Fatima from all directions. Around noon the children arrived. After the customary flash of light they saw Mary on the Holm oak tree. She spoke to Lucia: “Continue to pray the Rosary in order to obtain the end of the war.

In October Our Lord will come, as well as Our Lady of Dolours and Our Lady of Carmel. Saint Joseph will appear with the Child Jesus to bless the world. God is pleased with your sacrifices. He does not want you to sleep with the rope on, but only to wear it during the daytime.”  Read More…
